4.500 visitors at the food market 2011 in Tarm.
The food market was a great success with about 4.500 visitors. The exhibitors showed exiting samples on fresh raw materials, prepared food and specialities.
The association Culinary West Jutland is working on focusing on the great range of raw materials from agriculture, fishing, among the producers and restaurants in the area. This will happen through marketing, network and culinary food markets.
